Here are a few questions we sometimes get asked. If we haven’t answered your question below please feel free to contact us at any time through our CONTACT section.

What is your size guide?

Kids all grow so different.  We have found that very few kids feet fall into the age range guides typically used for footwear.  To ensure you get the best sized pair for your kiddo we highly recommend measuring your child’s foot prior to placing your order.  If your child is of standing age trace their foot while they are standing and measure from the centre of their heel to the tip of their longest toe. You will then add half an inch (0.5″) to this foot measurement and round up to the nearest size.  Ie: if your child’s foot is 4.25″, add .5″= 4.75.  You will want the 5.0″ shoe.  This size will provide some wiggle and grow room and will fit them for quite a while!

With all the above said…. here is a ROUGH size guide.  Please measure.  Pretty please.

4.0″ – NB-3 months
4.5″ – 3-6 months  **often fit baby girls until a year
5.0″ – 6-12 months
5.5″ – 12-18 months
6.0″ – 18-24 months

Can I pay using e-transfer?

Sure! If you would like to pay for your new, fabulous items in a method not available via Paypal please select EMT upon checkout.  This will flag your invoice for us to know an EMT is headed our way.  You will then head to your bank and complete the transfer from there.  Please note that if we have not received your EMT within 24 hours your order may be cancelled, as quick as within the hour during sale times.  If you are having any issues at your bank please contact us ASAP and we will reset your invoice so you may select one of our other payment options.

Do you ship outside of Canada?

Wiggly Feet ships internationally!  When you proceed to checkout shipping will be calculated.  Our rates are fair and it is unlikely we will be able to ship for less than quoted. However, if you believe the rate you are quoted through the checkout is extremely high please contact us through the contact tab.  Due to the varying shipping costs by country you could be right, and we may be able to get the rate down with more information.

How long until my order ships?  How will I know my order has shipped?

Generally orders will be shipped out within 2 business days of payment being received for all ready to ship items, but please allow up to 5 business days in case life gets crazy around here.  As soon as your order is packed up you will receive an email confirming the completion of your order.  Orders are always dropped for shipping the same day the email has been received by you.

I want to pick up my order.  When will I know its ready?

We offer pick up locations in Millbrook, Brooklin and Oshawa, Ontario.  Once your order is packed up at Wiggly Feet headquarters you will receive an email that your order has been completed by us.  Do not start the car yet!

You will receive an additional email when your order has been dropped at your selected location.  Please note the number of days your selected location will hold your order for.  If you do not pick up your order in the allocated time you could be charged again for the pick up.

Oshawa – holds order for 30 days

Millbrook – holds order for 7 days

Brooklin – holds order for 7 days

How do I wash my Wiggle Feet products?

This business is run by a Mom, a busy Mom.  What this means is I have no time for hand washing, and I do not believe you do either.  When your Wiggly Feet product(s) get dirty bang off any hardened mud (because kids always end up there, don’t they?!) and toss them in the washing machine on the cold water cycle.  If you have a gentle cycle it is recommended, but not necessary.  Let them air dry.

I’m not 100% happy…

When you receive your special delivery from Wiggly Feet we want you to be as excited about your purchase as we were creating it.  If you are not 100% thrilled with your items please contact us right away.

Can I get a refund or exchange?

Please note – We do not offer refunds. A request for cancellation of an order must be received within 12 hours of the order being received by Wiggly Feet.

However, an exchange can be made within 14 days from the time the product has been shipped, or 3 days after delivery – whichever is greater. If an exchange is requested it will be subject to product availability and any postage to and from Wiggly Feet will be at the expense of the purchaser. The exception to this rule – if Wiggly Feet has made an error ship the product back to us and we will cover shipping costs (expedited with tracking!) to get the right product to you as quickly as possible. A replacement product will not be shipped until we have received the original item back in the condition it was sent at the cost of the buyer.
