Here are a few questions we sometimes get asked. If we haven’t answered your question below please feel free to contact us at any time through our CONTACT section.

Can I pay using e-transfer?

Sure! If you would like to pay for your new, fabulous items in a method not available via Paypal please send us an email through the CONTACT section. Please tell us what product(s) you would like to purchase, as well as the sizes you need. We will email you with your invoice total and directions to e-transfer!

Do you ship outside of Canada?

Wiggly Feet ships internationally!  When you proceed to checkout shipping will be calculated.  Our rates are fair and it is unlikely we will be able to ship for less than quoted. However, if you believe the rate you are quoted through the checkout is extremely high please contact us through the contact tab.  Due to the varying shipping costs by country you could be right, and we may be able to get the rate down with more information. PLEASE NOTE: shipping does not include tracking. If you require tracking please contact us in advance of your purchase to upgrade.

How do I wash my Wiggle Feet products?

For any of our textile products (that have absolutely no leather) wash in cold water and let air dry, or in the dryer on very, very low heat.

Leather products come to you untreated and should only be wiped down with a damp cloth, or cleaned with a leather cleaner/conditioner.

If you have a leather/textile combo product please hand wash and if the leather is untreated (as it comes) note that the colour may bleed so do not submerge!

All Wiggly Feet sales are FINAL unless we have goofed in some manner.
